Dan Szymborski | FanGraphs: There are, of course, no winners if the season isn’t played, but certain teams stand to lose more if 2020 is canceled. Dan Szymborski looked at the teams who gave up the most to win games that might not be played.

David Debolt | The Mercury News: The Oakland A’s haven’t paid their rent on the Oakland Coliseum. The $1.2 million rent was due on April 1st, but the team informed the Coliseum Authority it had no ability to pay. Oakland and Alameda County, which established the Coliseum Authority, are saddled with $55 million in debt from 1995 renovations to the Coliseum.

Brendan Gawlowski | Baseball Prospectus: Mark Twain once wrote that only two things in life are certain: death and juiced balls. The KBO League livened up the baseball in 2016, but deadened it last year. The early returns from the nascent season suggest that the juiced ball is back.
