Ever wanted to meet up with some baseball geeks and talk baseball? Well now’s your chance!

For the past few months, Rob Arthur and I have been following Eno Sarris’ lead at FanGraphs and have been doing local meetups in Chicago. Since Eno isn’t here and we’d like to have some more baseball hangouts, we figured that we’d pick up the slack. We have been doing this dating back to December. Previously, they were totally marketed by ways of Twitter, but now we’re taking it to the more formal masses.

So, similarly to Eno’s event, this is 21 and over. After previously meeting at Delilah’s and JP Burke’s Patio and Tap, we’ll be taking this round to Local Option. Generally, expect us to rotate between these places. The meetup will start at 7:30 p.m. The Cubs will be playing the Red Sox and the White Sox will be playing the Tigers, so we’ll have plenty to keep us occupied.
