Anthony Castrovince | MLB.com: For the eighth straight year, the American League defeated the National League in the All-Star Game. Shohei Ohtani pitched a perfect first inning, and Vladimir Guerrero Jr. got the AL on the board with a massive homer.

John Shea | San Francisco Chronicle $: Rob Manfred spoke to reporters about the Athletics’ ballpark situation on Tuesday. According to the commissioner, the ‘Oakland process is at the end.’ In the next few months, Manfred expects to know whether the A’s are staying in Oakland.
