TMZ Sports: Pasadena Police are investigating an assault allegation made against Trevor Bauer. The alleged victim was granted a temporary domestic violence restraining order. According to the victim’s attorney, “The order is a result of a recent assault that took place at the hands of Mr. Bauer where [the victim] suffered severe physical and emotional pain.”
John Trupin | Lookout Landing: Hector Santiago has been suspended for 10 games for having a foreign substance on his glove. Santiago is appealing the suspension, claiming that the substance was just rosin and sweat. The rosin got on his glove, however, which is prohibited.
Joelle Milholm | Purple Row: Germán Márquez took a no-hitter into the ninth inning at Coors Field. Márquez settled for a complete-game shutout, striking out five and walking just one.
