Morning Mound Visit: Noah Syndergaard leaves rehab start early

Injury concerns for Syndergaard and Kluber; Even more rule suggestions

Chris McShane | Amazin’ Avenue: Noah Syndergaard left a rehab start with the St. Lucie Mets after one inning with elbow soreness. Syndergaard underwent Tommy John surgery 14 months ago.

Andrew Mearns | Pinstripe Alley: Corey Kluber also left a start early with an apparent injury. Kluber was experiencing shoulder tightness and will get an MRI on Wednesday. Kluber said that it didn’t feel the same as when he suffered a Grade 2 teres major muscle strain last year.
