Ely Sussman | Fish Stripes: Early Tuesday, Jon Heyman tweeted that the Marlins were interested in Adam Duvall but they would need to stretch the budget to afford him. Somehow, a team with the fourth-lowest payroll in the majors found the room to sign a professional baseball player to a one-year deal.
