John Stolnis | The Good Phight: The Phillies made yet another trade for bullpen help acquiring José Alvarado in a three-team trade with the Dodgers and Rays. The Phillies have been desperate for relief help in recent years, but none of their moves have seemed to work out. With a new president of baseball operations, that needs to change.

Brett Ballatini | South Side Sox: The White Sox avoided arbitration with Adam Engel on Wednesday, signing the outfielder to a one-year $1,375,000 deal for 2021. Engel returns to an outfield of Eloy Jiménez, Luis Robert, and Adam Eaton though Jiménez could get most of his starts at designated hitter.
