A new "expert" take on fantasy baseball for 2013 - looking for people up to a sabermetric challenge

I'm tired of the same fantasy baseball categories every year. Studies show the traditional categories have a poor correlation to winning, so why do we go crazy about them?

I'm looking for some of the best minds, bloggers and writers in the sabermetric field to play in a new type of rotisserie baseball - sabermetric style.

The league uses 23 man rosters with 18 in the active lineup. None of the 5 OF nonsense, pick a single LF, CF and RF. Rotations are set at 5 and bullpens at 4.

The league uses NL and AL players and is head-to-head weekly. The team with the most categories won at the end of the week gets a single win. 12 teams in the league divided into two 6 team divisions. Top 2 from each division make the playoffs.

Offensive Categories: Errors, ISO, OPS, Outs Made, Runs Created, Stolen Base %, TB+HPB+BB

Pitching Categories: DICE, K/BB, Net Wins, OPS against, Quality Starts, Saves+Holds, WHIP.

If interested, please contact me at pgordon@philadelphiabaseballreview.com so I can send an invite.

The league is free and meant to be competitive - I already have three writers involved and want to ensure this is a competitive league.

Draft is set for March 19 at 8 p.m. EST.
