"It aint 'bout where you from, homeboy, it's where you at." - Young Buck
Some may feel more compelled to identify based on where they were born, but as a new writer here at BTBS I was curious to know where my new teammates were located. Personally, I'm from Cambridge, ON, Canada (about an hour west of Toronto) but recently moved to Vancouver, BC, Canada.
Mostly I was curious if I had any other writers within a few hours to catch a Mariners game with (no such luck), but as I polled the staff I noticed quite the East Coast bias. The map below shows where we're all located (without names..."beware of saber-stalkers" was the first thing they told me when i signed up), with a listing below in case the Google Map isn't clear.
Canada (1) - Vancouver, BC
Israel (1) - West Bank
USA (13) - St. Paul, MN; Bethlehem, PA; Winston-Salem, NC; New York, NY; Providence, RI; Chicago, IL; Somerset, MA; Danbury, CT; San Francisco, CA; White Plains, NY; Washington, DC; Kansas City, MO; Raleigh, NC
So where is the readership from? Do you fancy yourself a Mr. 3-0-5, or are you 6-1-9 (booyakah)? Any internationals to accompany our Israeli writer? Any fellow Canadians frequenting BtB?
If we get a good response I'll post a follow-up map showing the readership as well.
