Updated Team WAR Spreadsheet
I had a couple requests on Twitter to update this spreadsheet to account for new wOBA and ERA league averages. Here you go: WAR Spreadsheet V2. Let me know if anything's wonky.

Haha, I wouldn't have said it if I thought Sky was a girl.

Thanks a lot, Sky.
I do wonder why it’s necessary to update it though. Each projection has a different league average. Unless you know the league average of that projection, this spreadsheet only gives you a ballpark estimate of the true talent in WAR. The Bill James projections tend to have a higher league average projection than others do. If we were to enter those into this spreadsheet, the team would look a lot better than it really is.
It’s easy enough to update the spreadsheet and enter in your own league averages if you’re using different projections so it’s not a big deal.
I’m a but confused. I put Matt Wieters’ 2011 numbers into this sheet and it’s saying he put up a 6.7 WAR, when really it was 4.3. What changes do I need to make to make this accurate?
