It would be nice to get the WAR draft started as soon as possible, but we do not have enough people signed up to do all the team payrolls, yet alone sending them to me finished (thanks Zach). I will now open up the draft to all the alternates. Just let me know which team you want and get me data. Here is a link to thread for how to do the payrolls. I will begin adding them as I get them to this location. Finally, we still need 4 more managers to help run the league that do not have to do the payrolls, but will have to do a few posts. Let's get the data done so we can get drafting. I know Sky is just itching to get Jose Guillen.
Also, anyone can feel free to join now and select a team to research.

Jeff, what do we do about pre-arb guys?
Some will sign for the minimum, some might get raises, but they often aren’t announced or aren’t announced until closer to the season.

I can get cracking on the Nationals. I’m also happy to serve as a manager if someone will clarify the expectations for that.
main point would to set up some where for people to put data like the spreadsheet we used last year
and every month send out an email for people to update results. Then make a small post on the results.

I missed him because Cot’s doesn’t have him for some reason, but Fernando Tatis resigned with the Mets back in January. Don’t have it from an “official” source, but it was reported at $1.7M.

I’m sure you’ve heard by now, but Tim Lincecum signed a two-year contract extension. He will earn an $8 Million salary, and the contract comes with a $2 Million signing bonus.
