I suppose the samples would be too small for relievers
But I feel like there are a lot of relievers who never come inside. It makes sense – they are more worried about making that big mistake than starters are, and probably don’t feel the need to “establish the inside part of the plate” because they’ll only face a handful of batters.

Betancourt and Herrera are relievers
Maybe they’d be wise to not try and establish the inside on both sides.
