Going nostalgic, for me. J.R. Richard, Steve Carlton and Dwight Gooden were three of the most dominant pitchers I remember from my youth. Richard was the pitcher at my first ever ballgame (4/15/79, double header), Lefty blazed fastballs and sliders on my TV as a child, and Doc blew my mind as a teenager.
