Since 2002, yes. That's as far back as Fangraphs goes.
There should be retrosheet-based WAR available in a month or two, I’m guessing.
Any guesses for which player-seasons would set the all-time record for negative WAR back through 1956?

-20 RAR was my minimum for the y-axis for all these graphs and I just noticed that these guys all go below that.

As a rate stat, he’d jump up a bit :)
Given 600PA, his ’07 would have been around -70 runs!
