Lee Wins AL Cy Young
As with the Lincecum selection we had this one pegged two months ago.
| Real | Projected |
| Lee | Lee |
| Halladay | Halladay |
| K-Rod | Matsuzaka |
| Matszuaka | Lester |
| Rivera | Santana |
I didn't include relievers in the original, but I'm pleased that the starting pitchers order was correct. Whether or not you think K-Rod is more deserving than the others is up for debate, although frankly I would've rather seen Rivera in third if we had to have a top three closer.

K-Rod finishing ahead of Santana and Lester is a joke
At least Mo cracked the top 5.
Mother---- him and John Wayne!
Daisuke, ha.
And Halladay should have been closer to Lee. And Ervin should have done better.

Daisuke is the man
Whatever happens with him, it can’t be luck. Just like fielding metrics underrate Ichiro, pretty much every pitching stat doesn’t tell the full story on Dice-K.
Or at least I hope so. ;)

Yes, sir, Daisuke is the one huge exception out of fifty years of observation.
You want to bet on that?
My big problem with thinking Daisuke has a magic ability to get hitters out when he gets in jams is why doesn’t he use that ability to prevent runners from getting on base in the first place?

Some commentary on Greg Smith in there, too.
